A member of the staff will meet you at the nearest public water bus station, bring you to the apartment, give you the keys and all information you might need in order to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Venice.

Arrival and departure details:
After completing your reservation you will receive the contact numbers of our representatives in Venice. Please remember to call us, 7 days before your arrival, at one of the numbers you will receive, in order to communicate your arrival time and to schedule an appointment with our representative. When you make the check-in, you will be given the keys and more information about the apartment. Should you need to change the meeting time, please call at the same numbers, at latest 3 days before arrival.
Our staff will meet you at the nearest public water bus station (to the apartment) You will be asked for a deposit of EUR 450 against possible damages or losses caused to the property. The deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque and it will be refunded on the day of departure, after having checked that there are no damages or losses.
Checkout time is between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. on departure day.

All apartments are situated in the city centre of Venice. Please contact us in order to receive more information about the exact location of the apartment and about the meeting point.
Important information
Remember: your apartment could be located in different districts in the historical centre of Venice: Cannaregio, San Marco, Castello, San Polo, Dorsoduro, Santa Croce.

You will be asked for a deposit of EUR 250 against possible damages or losses caused to the property. The deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque and it will be refunded on the day of departure, after having checked that there are no damages or losses.

The hotel is entitled to refuse admittance to parties exceeding the number of beds of the booked apartment.

The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. However, you must tidy the kitchen and remove all garbage, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

If you run late (the maximum delay tolerated is half an hour) for the key collection you must inform the hotel in advance or there will also be an extra charge.

Requests for arrivals later than 19:30 must be accepted and confirmed by the hotel, and the service comes at an extra cost.

In case of no-show (if you don't arrive on the agreed date) your reservation will be held only until 10:00 the following day. Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00 on departure day.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
